Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AgentForge Labs ("the Service"), operated by AgentForge Labs Inc. ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AgentForge Labs provides a platform for creating, managing, and monitoring autonomous AI agents. The Service includes agent creation, execution, budget tracking, audit logging, and governance controls.

3. Account Registration

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API tokens and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to bypass budget limits or governance controls
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service infrastructure
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • Use agents to generate harmful, deceptive, or illegal content
  • Share API tokens or allow unauthorized access to your account

5. Billing and Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Prices are in USD. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are available within 14 days of first payment per our money-back guarantee. Usage-based costs (LLM API calls) are charged at cost plus a platform fee as displayed in your dashboard.

6. Data and Privacy

Your data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Agent execution data, audit logs, and configuration are stored securely. We do not sell your data to third parties.

7. Service Level

The Starter plan is provided "as is" with no uptime guarantee. Pro plans include best-effort support. Enterprise plans include SLA guarantees as specified in the enterprise agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgentForge Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Upon termination, your agent data and audit logs will be deleted within 30 days.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
