Account information: Email address used for authentication.

Usage data: Agent configurations, execution logs, audit trails, and spend tracking data.

Technical data: IP address, browser type, and access timestamps for security and analytics.

Payment data: Billing information processed securely by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers.

2. How We Use Your Data

  • Provide and operate the Service
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions
  • Generate audit trails and compliance reports
  • Enforce budget limits and governance policies
  • Send service notifications and security alerts
  • Improve the Service through aggregated, anonymized analytics

3. Data Storage and Security

Data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. API tokens are hashed. Audit logs are cryptographically signed using OpenBao transit encryption to ensure tamper-proof records.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

  • Stripe — payment processing
  • Cloudflare — infrastructure and CDN
  • LLM providers — only the instruction text you send for execution (not your account data)
  • Law enforcement — only when legally required

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your data via the dashboard and API
  • Export your audit logs and agent configurations
  • Delete your account and all associated data
  • Correct inaccurate information
  • Object to data processing for marketing purposes

6. Cookies

We use a single HTTP-only session cookie (agentforge_session) for authentication. No tracking cookies or third-party analytics cookies are used.

7. Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. Upon deletion, all data is permanently removed within 30 days. Audit logs for compliance may be retained for up to 90 days after account deletion as required by applicable regulations.

8. Children

The Service is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Changes to Privacy Policy

We may update this policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email. Your continued use constitutes acceptance.
