All content, trademarks, logos, AI agents, scripts, data, and materials on the site are owned by or licensed to Agent Forge Labs and protected by copyright and other IP laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of our platform without explicit written permission

5. User-Generated Content

If you post or submit any content (e.g., prompts, feedback, agent designs), you:

  • Grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and modify your content.

  • Represent that you own or have rights to share the content.

  • Agree not to post anything unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringing.

6. Third-Party Services

Our Services may integrate with third-party platforms or tools. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Use them at your own risk.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

  • The platform will be uninterrupted or error-free.

  • That results from the Services will meet your expectations.

  • That data, AI outputs, or recommendations are accurate or reliable.

Use of AI is experimental and for informational purposes only.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Agent Forge Labs and its affiliates shall not be liable for any:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;

  • Loss of profits, data, or use;

  • Damages resulting from reliance on AI outputs or service interruptions.

Our total liability will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.​

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Agent Forge Labs, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of:

  • Your use or misuse of the Services;

  • Your breach of these Terms;

  • Your violation of any rights of a third party.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or misuse the Services.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users via email or through the platform. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the new terms.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation. If unresolved, it will be submitted to binding arbitration in Los Angeles, CA under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
